Pay Rate: £89 – £100 per day (PAYE)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Term-Time Only

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work closely with individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional needs.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to classroom organisation and lesson preparation.
• Track and support pupil progress, feeding back to teaching staff.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience working in a primary school or educational setting (desirable).
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is adaptable, reliable, and keen to support the wider school community.
• Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred, not essential).
