The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of our pupils. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering creative and effective lessons.
• Provide individual and small group support to students, tailored to their unique needs.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support the social and emotional development of students.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
