About the Role: We are looking for a General Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in education and a desire to help students succeed. You will play a key role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will have the chance to develop your skills in behaviour management, student engagement, and classroom support.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will be someone who:

• Has experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Is proactive, confident, and can take initiative.
• Can effectively collaborate with the class teacher to deliver tailored support.
• Has experience working with children with SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Possesses strong behaviour management techniques and can inspire and motivate students.
• Can bring creativity into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
