A friendly and inclusive primary school in Croydon, is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils by supporting their learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing classroom support to teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Working one-to-one or with small groups of children to help them reach their potential.
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs and promoting inclusive practice.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays.

What We’re Looking For:

• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with children.
• Experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy; relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
