What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work confidently in 1:1, small group, and larger classroom settings.
• A solid academic background and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Key Role Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £85-£100 per day (PAYE)
• Location: Croydon
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Responsibilities: Supporting KS1 pupils, including 1:1 assistance
