What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work confidently in 1:1, small group, and larger classroom settings.
- A solid academic background and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Key Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: £85-£100 per day (PAYE)
- Location: Croydon
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, long-term
- Responsibilities: Supporting KS1 pupils, including 1:1 assistance
