The school is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide 1:1 SEN support. This is a full-time role, starting in January 2025, though candidates will be trialled in the coming weeks to ensure the best fit.

• Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 support)
• Start Date: January 2025 (with trials before)
• Contract: Full-time
• Pay Rate: £90 – £105 PAYE (no umbrella payments)

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong SEN experience is essential
• Experience providing 1:1 interventions for pupils with special educational needs
• A background as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or similar
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of individual students
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
