Key Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant with a named student, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing dedicated support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and personal needs are met.
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Embracing innovation and incorporating technology into teaching practices.
• Demonstrating effective communication skills and emotional intelligence in your interactions with students and colleagues.
• Committing to continuous professional learning and development.
• Utilizing sound literacy and numeracy skills to support student progress.
• Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a similar role.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of the assigned student.
• Effective ICT skills and openness to integrating technology into the learning environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
