About the role:

• Supporting children’s learning and development across the class, 1:1 & in small group
• Supporting teachers across Nursery and Reception classes
• Support children with learning, social, emotional and physical development
• Writing reports on childhood development
• Encourage and contribute to a safe yet stimulating learning environment

What a Primary Teaching Assistant needs to have:

• Good knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
• A positive and engaging nature
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with the students
• Strong English and Math skills
