Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Provide one-on-one or group support to students, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Help manage student behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor and report student progress to the class teacher.
• Supervise children during breaks and lunch, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Encourage students’ emotional, social, and academic development.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (in a school setting is preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
• A fully enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
