The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children’s learning across the curriculum. Your role will include:

• Supporting individuals and small groups with classwork
• Assisting in the preparation of resources and classroom activities
• Helping to create a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Providing additional support for children with special educational needs, where required
• Promoting good behaviour and positive social interactions

• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive
• Experienced in working with children (preferred, but not essential)
• Qualified with a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not mandatory)
