We are dedicated to providing specialised and ongoing support to educators looking for a full time and long term roles within schools in their local area. We work with a number of schools, all rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, with supportive senior  leadership team and opportunities for further career progression.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
• Provide support and guidance to students with SEN
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess students’ progress and development

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN
• Familiarity with special educational principles and practices
• Knowledge of childhood development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
