Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Join a Fantastic Primary School in Croydon

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Croydon. Whether you’re an experienced educator or just starting your journey in education, this role offers an incredible opportunity to support pupils and gain valuable experience.

About the Role:

• Location: Croydon
• Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: £80 – £100 per day (PAYE, depending on experience)
• Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to help children achieve their full potential.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported.
• Help prepare learning materials and resources to enhance classroom activities.
• Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Promote positive behavior and engagement within the classroom.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to foster a supportive school community.

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference.
