Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual with previous experience working in schools for a Teaching Assistant role in Thornton Heath.

The role will consist of supporting teachers with the planning and organization of lessons, whilst getting involved in classroom activities. The individual will be expected to work in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils.

The successful candidate will be someone who has previous experience working in schools and is enthusiastic and passionate about working with children. They should be familiar with the Primary School EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum and use key skills to identify every pupil’s individual needs.

The school is in Thornton Heath which has plenty access to public transport links for easy commutes to and from the school.
