Primary School Teaching Assistant – Hounslow, Ofsted rated ‘Good’ mainstream school

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a school with the highest academic aspirations and a caring, family-orientated culture.

You will be working in either KS1 or KS2, delivering intervention groups and supporting individual pupils and small groups.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

– Support class teacher with the planning, delivery and execution of lessons

– Support pupils with low attainment or additional needs

– Maintain an engaging and safe learning environment

– Lead interventions and booster sessions to raise attainment

Primary Teaching Assistant requirements:

– Enthusiasm for working with children

– Degree or Level 3 qualification

– Prior experience working with children (desirable)

– Strong Literacy and Maths skills

– Available full-time Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 4.00pm

– Enhanced DBS on the Update Service / willing to apply for a new one
