Key Details:

• Location: Croydon
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £80.00 – £100.00 per day (PAYE, depending on experience)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide support to pupils within the classroom, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with a Year 2 student, offering tailored assistance to meet their needs.
• Help maintain a creative, engaging, and safe classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to enhance learning outcomes.
• Manage behavioural challenges effectively and encourage positive behaviour techniques.
