About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering high-quality education, helping pupils achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive setting. You will work with individuals and small groups to support learning, development, and well-being across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and displays.
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
