What will the job role involve:

  • Helping teachers to plan lessons by handing out workbooks, worksheets, and equipment
  • Listening to children read, and supporting them spelling and pronunciation of words they are struggling with.
  • Encouraging children’s creative ideas
  • Supporting children in the classroom and at break and lunch
  • Keeping record of the children progress
