We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a warm, inclusive, and vibrant primary school in Croydon. This is your chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience while supporting children’s growth and development in a nurturing environment.

Role Highlights:

• Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Pay: £85 – £100 per day (PAYE, based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with pupils, fostering an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, tailoring assistance to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behavior and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
• Assist with classroom organization and contribute to a safe, creative, and inspiring learning space.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s educational and personal development.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with children.
• Knowledge or experience in special education or related fields.
• A strong desire to help young learners succeed in their educational journey.
