We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant, for either working 1:1 with SEN children or classroom based, in this inspirational and innovative school.

Overview:

• Role: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Battersea
• Working Hours: 08:30am – 16:00pm (Monday – Friday)
• Pay: £80 – £100 per day, £400 – £500 per week, PAYE
• Start Date:September 2023

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to be creative and use initiative to engage children.
• The ability to work under pressure, with enthusiasm, motivation and commitment.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal and communication skills appropriate to the need to communicate effectively with a wide range of pupils, colleagues and parents.​​​​​​

The successful candidate must have a good level of numeracy and literacy skills and be able to support students in reaching their full potential. Experience of EYFS, KS1 or KS2, an NVQ level 2 /3, or equivalent, and a first aid certificate would be an advantage, though by no means essential.
