Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team at a well-regarded primary/secondary school in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on students’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Assist with classroom management and preparation of teaching materials.
• Promote positive behaviour and help create a nurturing learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, trips, and staff meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
