We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or further their career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers across Key Stages 1 and/or 2
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils to support learning
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (in school or similar settings)
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
• A patient, kind, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
