About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about education and supporting young learners in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Assisting with classroom management and administrative tasks.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
