We are looking for a Teaching Assistants to work within a vibrant primary school in Croydon. Experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude is essential.

The daily working hours are 8:30am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate

£85.00 – £100.00 per day PAYE (dependant on experience level)

About the Teaching Assistant role:

-Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings

-Working with a Year 3 Child

-Providing and maintaining a creative, engaging and safe learning environment

-Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members

-Managing behavioural challenges and promote positive behaviour techniques

About you:

-Have a positive and can-do attitude

-Personable and proactive

-Have good communication skills (verbal and written)

-Passionate about pupils learning and development

-Have good timekeeping

-Patient and calm under pressure
