Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partnered mainstream primary school situated in the London borough of Enfield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress.
• Work 1:1 with a child with Autism or ADHD.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Level 3 qualification or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Passion for supporting student learning and development.
