Ortus Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Chiswick. This full-time role, beginning in September, involves providing essential 1:1 support to a Year 1 student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer focused 1:1 support to a Year 1 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom management
• Lead small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Track the student’s progress and adapt support methods as needed
