Ortus Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Year 2 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in Heston. This full-time role, starting in September, focuses on providing dedicated support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Lead small group activities to reinforce core subjects such as Maths and English
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and report on the student’s progress and areas for improvement
