This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a Year 2 class, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

About the Role:
Join a collaborative team where your contributions will help shape the learning journey of young pupils. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing tailored support to pupils in the classroom, helping to enhance their understanding and skills in reading, writing, and other core areas.
• Planning and delivering targeted interventions to help children progress in key development areas.
• Observing pupils and maintaining accurate records to support their academic and personal growth.
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom management, preparation, and supervision to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Accompanying the class for weekly swimming lessons and supporting children in the pool. (Applicants must be able to swim.)
