Ortus Recruitment is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in Chiswick. This full-time role, starting in September, focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Conduct small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and document the student’s progress and development
