Position: Teaching Assistant (Year 3 – 1:1 Support)
Location: Kensal Green, Brent
Employment Type: Full-time, Term-time
Pay Rate: £85 – £100 Daily (PAYE)

The Role:
We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with ADHD in a vibrant and inclusive primary school. Your role will involve:

• Assisting the child with their learning, both in class and during interventions.
• Implementing tailored strategies to support focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt lesson plans and resources.
• Encouraging social interaction and positive behavior through creative approaches.
• Building a trusting and supportive relationship with the child.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, especially those with ADHD or additional needs.
• A calm, patient, and understanding demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to fostering inclusion and helping every child thrive.
