The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

• Preferably be a graduate with SEN experience.
• Gentle, kind and empathetic with a great deal of patience and understanding.
• Experience of delivering literacy/numeracy interventions
• Knowledge of how to support and implement IEP’s.
