Ortus Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in Streatham Common, currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching & Learning Assistant. This role offers a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about supporting their learning and development across the primary age range. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to assist in delivering high-quality learning experiences and may also be involved in supporting pupils with special educational needs. The school is known for its diverse and vibrant community, supportive staff team, and strong focus on inclusion. There is also a dedicated Resource Unit on site for pupils with more complex needs, offering further opportunities to support children who require tailored interventions.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND and improving their outcomes
