Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE) Depending on experience
Role: Full-time, long-term position in a mainstream primary
Ortus Recruitment are seeking passionate individuals with a background in sports who are interested in supporting students as a Behaviour Mentor within a mainstream school setting in Finsbury Park. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
The school has a supportive and inclusive ethos, and you’ll be working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils who may display challenging behaviour or require additional guidance with their emotional and social development.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain experience in the education sector, especially those considering a future career in teaching, youth work, or pastoral care. A sports background is highly valued, as it often brings energy, resilience, and strong communication skills that are key to engaging pupils positively.
