Here at Ortus Recruitment we are seeking an Enthusiastic Unqualified Behaviour Mentor to join one of our thriving, vibrant Mainstream Primary School on a full time, long term basis, with an immediate start. We are looking for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about working alongside children, dedicated to raising their academic attainment level.

Job Summary:

• £85 – £100 per day, PAYE – No hidden agency/umbrella company fees
• Immediate start, full time, long term
• Mainstream Primary School

Requirements:

• Must have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment – £52
• Must have two obtainable childcare relevant references
• Must have a minimum Grade C in GCSE in English and Math

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for working alongside the class teacher supporting a pupil in year 2 with challenging behaviour (SEMH)
• You will need to supervise the learners whilst they are in the playground, lunch hall and walking through the corridors, working to ensure they’re always in a nurturing environment
• You may need to undertake administrative duties such as marking classwork, handing out homework and laminating/photocopying worksheets
