The school is currently seeking a committed and compassionate Unqualified Classroom Assistant to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis. In this rewarding role, you will be providing 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 4 with Autism, helping to promote engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored support and guidance to a pupil with Autism in Year 4
• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Implement strategies to support emotional regulation, social interaction, and learning engagement
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and contribute to progress tracking

Candidate Requirements:

• A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic approach
• Professional experience working with children in any setting (e.g., schools, childcare, youth work) is desirable
• Recent graduates considering a career in education are encouraged to apply
