We are looking for a motivated and caring Unqualified Classroom Assistant to join a wonderful mainstream primary school in the vibrant London Borough of Lambeth. This position offers an incredible opportunity to gain invaluable experience, working with children who have special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, language difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be supporting one child with Autism, making a real difference in their learning experience. The school provides a nurturing environment, with a supportive leadership team and a positive atmosphere where both students and staff flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom setup and preparation of materials and resources.
• Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining classroom management.
• Help students actively engage in their learning and provide guidance to manage their behaviour.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups outside the classroom to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the success of all students.
