Location: Harlesen, London Borough of Brent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: £425 – £525 per day PAYE (NO UMBRELLA) Depending on experience

The Role:
We are looking for a caring and attentive Teaching Assistant to work closely with a young child in Reception who has Autism. This role includes supporting their learning journey, as well as some personal care, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged in school life.

What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with a child in Reception, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
- Assist with daily activities, including some personal care, to create a comfortable learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and families to ensure consistent and caring support for the child.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Experience with SEN or supporting children with Autism is beneficial but not essential; a patient and positive outlook is most important.
- Compassion, resilience, and a true passion for working with young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to build rapport with colleagues, students, and families alike.
