The school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 with an Autistic child in a Year 4 class. The senior leadership at the school are supporting and friendly, and have worked to build a welcoming atmosphere where learner and staff feel enabled to grow and develop.

This position is a full-time, long-term role which means it has plenty of potential of becoming a permanent position.

Requirements:

• enthusiastic about children, their learning and supporting young people
• able to work well as a team both in the classroom and across the school
• able to show confidence and diligence in behaviour management and is resilient
• demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to motivate children in their learning
