The Role: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 16:00)
  • Starting September 2025
  • Deliver personalised support programmes to individuals or small groups, both in and out of the classroom
  • Establish and maintain positive routines that inspire and engage pupils across all areas of school life, including extracurricular activities
  • Play a vital role in upholding the school’s high standards of behaviour and learning

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or relevant qualifications in Education, English, Maths, Sciences, Psychology, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with children or young people through roles such as youth work, mentoring, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A passionate, creative, and patient individual eager to make a positive impact
