Pay: £425- £525 PAYE NO UMBRELLA (Depending on experience)

Role: Year 2, One-to-One TA, Mainstream Primary School, Long term

Timings: 8AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Trials: September 2024

Ortus Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil diagnosed with low-functioning autism, who has no behavioural challenges. This position is based at a mainstream primary school in the vibrant area of Ealing, just a 10-minute walk from Ealing Broadway station, offering excellent transport links.

The school, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and ranked in the top 20% nationally for their SATs results, is surrounded by a variety of great shops and restaurants, creating a lively and dynamic environment.

The school’s team is highly supportive and actively seeks new talent who are enthusiastic about developing their careers within the school.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• A degree in Psychology, Law, Educational Studies, Drama, or a related field (preferred)
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• 3-6 months of experience working in a primary school
• Possession of a DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
