One to One Teaching Assistant | September 2024

Timings: Full-Time + Long Term Monday to Friday 8 AM to 3:30 PM – September 2024 Start

Position: Reception to Year 2, One to One TA

PAY: £85- £105 PAYE (NO UMBRELLA) Depending on experience

Mainstream Primary School, situated in Ealing Broadway W5, London, is looking to hire three Teaching Assistants to support students from Reception to Year 3. The job includes conducting one-on-one interventions to help with child development and academic improvement. These roles are particularly geared towards assisting children with Autism or speech and language difficulties. Hence, it is essential that applicants are enthusiastic and committed to working with children who have SEN.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• A creative and dynamic approach to teaching and learning
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent time management and consistent attendance
• Keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Key Stage One Curriculum
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting or in roles such as youth club leader, private nanny, sports coach, volunteer, childminder, or tutor
• A relevant degree in fields such as English, Psychology, Performing Arts, Maths, Science, or similar disciplines
