1:1 Teaching Assistant (Years 2, 4, 6)

Location: Ealing Broadway
Timings: Full-Time, Long-term (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3:30 PM)
Pay: £450-£500 PAYE per week (No umbrella deductions)
Trials: First week of September 2024

Role:
Ortus Recruitment is seeking three dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide one-on-one support to students in Years 2, 4, and 6. These roles involve delivering personalized interventions to help students with their academic and social development, aiming to enhance their overall performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Approach: Creative and dynamic in teaching and learning
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively
• Management: Excellent time management and attendance
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the Key Stage One curriculum
• Experience: Prior experience with children in a primary school setting or similar roles (Youth Club, Private Nanny, Sports Coaching, Volunteering, Childminding, Tutoring)
• Education: Relevant degree (e.g., English, Psychology, Performing Arts, Maths, Science, etc.)
