About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with group work, interventions, and 1:1 support for pupils.
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
- Supervise pupils during break times and on school trips.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, empathetic, and proactive in their approach.
- Has previous experience working with children in any setting (desirable but not essential).
- Is willing to undertake relevant training to enhance their skills.
