About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist with group work, interventions, and 1:1 support for pupils.
  • Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
  • Supervise pupils during break times and on school trips.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is patient, empathetic, and proactive in their approach.
  • Has previous experience working with children in any setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Is willing to undertake relevant training to enhance their skills.
