We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a Year 3 pupil with ASD and ADHD in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Edmonton, Enfield.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting a Year 3 pupil with autism (ASD) and ADHD to help them stay engaged in lessons
• Assisting with classroom activities, social development, and learning tasks
• Using behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to follow an individual support plan
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic, patient, and resilient individuals who enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with SEN (particularly ASD/ADHD) is advantageous but not essential
• Graduates or those with aspirations in teaching, psychology, or SEN support encouraged to apply
