If you are an enthusiastic and motivated person and have experience in childcare who is also interested in working with SEN children in a highly rated OFSTED school with friendly and respectful staff then this job might be for you. The school take prides in its values which are in set to produce and care for wonderful and bright children.

Duties include (but aren’t limited to):

• 1:1 support with children on the Autism spectrum
• Supporting the class as a whole
• Assisting the class teacher
• Fostering relationships with parents
• Caring and looking after children during break times and lunch times
• Supervising children during activities
• Managing challenging behaviour
• Motivating children and being an excellent role model

Pay: £85.00 – £100.00
