Year 2 Teaching Assistant | Feltham | Immediate Start | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, especially in literacy and numeracy
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support classroom management and organization

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting student learning
