Ortus Recruitment is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Feltham. This full-time position focuses on supporting Year 3 students and offers a competitive daily rate of £85 – £100, with PAYE. The role begins in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Year 3 teacher in lesson planning and delivery
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Support a student with SEN on a 1:1 basis, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Aid in the academic and social development of students through targeted interventions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage and support students effectively
• Experience in supporting students with SEN
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to classroom support
