A primary school in Hounslow Heath is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to support children with their learning and social development.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support to students, ensuring that every child receives the help they need to succeed. Whether working with small groups or one-on-one, your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Provide additional support in literacy and numeracy to Year 3 students.
• Work with students who need extra help, including those with SEN.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ social and emotional development.

About You:

• Experience working in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.
• Understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and strategies for supporting learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about working with children.
