Year 4 | SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant | Yeading

Ortus recruitment are currently seeking an individual to work in our partner primary school in Yeading, London Borough of Hillingdon as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

The school is Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ with a strong leadership team and great facilities within the school. This is a multi-cultural school with the children speaking over 50 languages combined.

A successful candidate will be someone who has a strong academic background and experience working in a school with children.

• Must have 3-6 months classroom based experience
• Be degree educated or Level 3 qualified
• Must be able to set clear boundaries

The role will consist of working alongside a teacher, planning and preparing lessons as well as supporting pupils within the classroom and managing behaviour.

You will be working in groups and 1 to 1 with pupils who may need the additional help with their work.

The school offers plenty of access to public transport links for easy commutes to and from the school. There is parking available on site.

SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

· Fully Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one.
