The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to help them overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused one-on-one and group support to Year 4 pupils with SEN, such as autism and ADHD.
• Help the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons.
• Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Track and report progress to the SENCO, contributing to individualised support plans.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation.

About You:

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils in Key Stage 2.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies, such as structured interventions and behaviour management plans.
• Compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.
• Excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
