The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide both academic and social-emotional support to students with SEN. Working closely with the class teacher, you will ensure each child feels supported and able to engage fully with the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer individualised support to Year 4 students with SEN, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and social difficulties.
• Modify lesson plans to engage and include all students.
• Foster positive behaviour and help students build social skills.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with the SENCO.
• Create a safe, inclusive space for learning.

About You:

• Experience with SEN students, especially in Key Stage 2.
• Knowledge of SEN approaches and behaviour management strategies.
• Strong organisational skills and a caring, patient approach.
• Eager to support children’s educational and emotional growth.
